Getting started

• Create your account with your email and a password.
• On first use, create your first farm with its name and location.
• Add lots within your farm to organize production.
• Register your workers and their workdays (paid by day or by kilo).

Main modules

• Workers / Workdays: laborers, attendance and payment by day or by kilo.
• Payments & Debts: track what each worker has been paid and what is pending.
• Expenses & Income: record supplies, services and coffee sales.
• Harvest: picking per worker and per lot, with rates.
• Activities, Crop Health & Post-harvest: crop management.
• Seasons & Profitability: compare results across harvests.
• Multiple farms: switch between farms from the main menu.

Forgot your password?

On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot your password?", enter your email and follow the instructions in the email you receive.

The app is available in Spanish and English. The preference is set at the top of the sign-in screen.
