This policy describes how information is collected, used and protected when you use the My Coffee Farm app (the "App"), available on the App Store.

Data is used to: (a) provide and maintain the App; and (b) sync your content across devices. The legal basis is your consent when using the App and, where applicable, performance of the service contract.

The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics.
Data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption in transit. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information and to limit access to strictly necessary staff.
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us.
Depending on your country, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. To exercise them, write to crmm15@gmail.com and we will respond within applicable legal time frames.
The App is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country).
We may update this policy. If we make relevant changes, we will notify you in the App or by email. The last update date is at the top of this page.
